I went in for a rotation and alignment last week. We got most of the tires aligned, but ran into an issue with one that couldn’t be repaired due to an issue with the camber plate. They did not charge me because they said they didn’t complete the service and felt they may have contributed to the problem. I came back today and they had a different alignment tech working. His name is Tristan. Now I’m a car guy. I like working on them, and learning how to do my own repairs for next time when I can’t do it on my own. Tristan invited me out into the alignment bay and we talked through the problem with the camber kit. He figured out a way to make it work that was safe. Then, he went through adjustment the toe bars. Had a great experience at this location. Bought tires online, which they not only price matched but gave an even better price, also allowed me to stack a military discount. Tires arrived sooner than expected so I called ahead and did a walk in. I brought in my wheels which I purchased online and had no issues getting in and getting everything completed in a timely manner. Everyone was polite and answered every question I had. The guys who installed the wheels and tires in the bay treated my vehicle like their own. I highly recommend this location.

The gents at this discount tire are especially great. Been going to this location since I had a driver’s license 18 years ago through 4 cars and I won’t go anywhere else. Had a mishap last month with a giant pothole in Lancaster and of course, this time I didn’t get the certificates (totally worth it driving here in the Carolinas). I was able to easily order all 4 online which were ready the next day for install. This was my first time using their mobile installation where they come to you and install the tires onsite which was a seamless process - couldn’t recommend this more. For just roughly $52 (tax included) they called me to schedule the installation, then on install day called me in the morning to confirm location, then called me again upon arrival which I did at my job.
