Hands down the BEST car repair experience I’ve had! Every time i go they take good care of me and my vehicle . The team friendly, knowledgeable, and super efficient. They treated me with respect and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. My car is running perfectly now. Highly recommend!

Local Fort Mill resident. Charged me for oil filter on the last 2 oil changes and never actually replaced them. I realized when I just changed my own oil today that it still has the original filter I'd marked the last time I did it prior to the 2 shell services. Lost 1 of the wheel nuts on the front passenger side and didn't say anything, I realized days later it was missing. Unbelievable!!

I’m done here. They sprayed oil all over the side of my car and some got inside. I understand accidents happen but they tried to play it off by just driving through their crappy car wash several times. No one told me what happened until I told them I saw oil slicks all over my windows. Had to tell them to clean the inside as no one even tried. No apology from anyone. There’s been a change in ownership or management here and it shows. The last few visits have been progressively worse, been coming here since 2018.

Had an oil change this morning. After looking inside my glovebox it was found by my glove box was disassembled, and a hidden key was on the ground on my passenger side door. After reaching out to the GM, I told him that this needed to be fixed. I was stern and not pleased. After the GM fixed my passenger side he decided to ban me from the establishment. After having more conversations the GM unbanned me and told me he was extremely stressed due to recent store changes. He did apologize however this needs to be taken care of. I have a recording of him putting the stuff back together and telling me to be more polite. I don't think I'll be coming back here for a little bit I've been in a loyal customer for the past 3 years. Excellent service, fair prices, and a very pleasant atmosphere. I especially like that Christian music is playing in the office. I usually drive across the whole city to service my car with these guys, and they always give a coupon for a free car wash. Thank you 🤝
