O'Reilly Auto Parts

My car battery died yesterday in Fort Mill after lunch at Poppyseed restaurant. The restaurant owner was able to jump my car battery and then recommended O’Reilly Auto parts just down the street. I drove there. RECIA checked my battery and found that it was dead so I purchased a new one. She installed it right there in the parking lot! What great service from RECIA and the team at Fort Mill -O’Riley auto parts. Highly recommend.

I had to get 2 batteries replaced on my Mercedes. One was under the hood and the other was in the trunk. Wyatt and Hunter spent almost an hour locating and replacing the battery in the trunk. It was a BIG job and they didn’t have to do it. I’m so proud that we have young men with that kind of work ethic. They could have sent me in my way anywhere in the middle of that job but they decided to finish the job. I would give them six stars but there’s only room for five. Thank you Oreilly’s Fort Mill!!

Louis was amazing. I was on my way to Advanced Auto and gps said 11 more minutes when I saw ORileys and decided to stop. I went inside and asked if they had the battery my car needed and if he could Install it. He was so friendly and fast and got my rang up. We had a great conversation about our families and the importance of being involved parents. He was so awesome and I will ONLY goto this location for any future needs!

Malcolm was an amazing employee. He and Louis helped me get a new battery for my car. They cleaned up the battery connector and had me on my way very quickly, all while being extremely polite, professional and welcoming. So thankful they are in the neighborhood!
