I needed tpm sensors replaced in my rear tires. Drove in, got checked in, they diagnosed both rear sensors failed to read. Had me in and "out" about 20min. How ever I had to drive back through for them to air up the two front tires as well to reset the tpms light warning on the dash. I looked at my wheels and found some rim damage. I showed it to the guy who then told me it was curb rash. I showed him it can't be road rash because my tires are alot wider than the wheel, and it was not there. He said they should have pointed it out and took a picture before (they couldn't because it was not there). So front staff is always professional, but the guys in the back have no QC or ownership when mistakes happen. Blame the customer. I have been a customer there prior but never again. I do not reco

I had an outstanding experience at this tire shop. They ordered the exact tire I needed and had it in "the very next day", which was impressive on its own - but the service didn’t stop there. From check-in to driving away, this was "record-time fast", easily the quickest visit I’ve ever had at any tire shop, including other Discount Tire locations. The guys at the front desk were awesome - friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of everything. The whole team was incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Went in for a low tire. Was informed I needed 2 new tires. I am going through chemo. And informed them financially I was unable to do it right now. David gifted me two new tires! Extremely satisfied with my recent visit to the Fountain, Discount Tire! It was really easy to order tires online and make an appointment. I got a friendly phone call to confirm everything was correct . Employees were all polite and willing to help. My wait time was minimal, and I was happy with my experience! Highly recommend!
