Discount Tire

Les Schwab tried to charge me $100 more than what they normally do for a tire change. I came to Discount tire and they got me taken care of right away! Friendly and helpful. They got my tires swapped and an alignment done (that was definitely needed as my steering wheel was not centered) all for under the price Les Schwab was gunna charge just to change my tires out. Will be taking my business to Discount tires for now on. Thanks to everyone that helped us at Discount on V-Day!

Got tires for my truck from them back in December! Absolutely fantastic crew! They helped me pick the best tires for my need! They also gave my truck and oil change, highly suggested front breaks which I did and also pointed out a future repair needing done! It took awhile, but I had a fun time talking with the guys up front!

I gave this place 3 chances, and only once did they do the job they were asked to do. Their front counter team consistently tried to upsell me on services and products that I repeatedly declined. They lie about products they don’t sell, and are under trained on what they do sell. They say they will price match…but they didn’t. They are unwilling to work on anything not in perfect condition.i understand liability issues, but my tires are less than a year old and needed balanced. Because of the uneven wear, they refused to help. Very disappointing.

As much as I would rather support local wyoming owned stores, and not big brand stores, I gotta give credit where it's due. This place is great! I called around town for prices and deals, While other stores were not motivated in making a sale, the Discount Tire staff were SUPER FRIENDLY and gave me the best price in town! When I left the vehicle to replace all 4 tires it was reasonably quick with no issues. Had free coffee too!
