Discount Tire

Purchased tires about a year ago and got the warranty. My wife got a nail stuck I her tire so I ran it over to discount tire and they took care of it of us right away fixing the tire and rotating all 4. Customer service was fantastic . I can appreciate that because you just don’t find great customer service anymore .. unless you go to discount tire in Goldsboro NC. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

I stopped by yesterday, 12/15, to just get (what I thought) was a quick air pressure check and air in my tires. Turns out I had a screw in my tire. Dustin was very quick in going to check my tires, giving me an update of the health of all 4 of my tires, and giving me the options that I had. My tire was able to be repaired (completely free of charge!), and when Ricky brought my keys back to me, he was very kind and pleasant. An unexpected thing that isn’t fun, turned into a very pleasant experience. Will definitely recommend and be back to this discount tire for anything tire related!

Dustin is AWESOME!!!! From greeting me when I walked in, to waving me goodbye after I pulled off, everything was great. He quickly identified the problem, confirmed it with his device and explained it all with patience and detail. Not only did he exemplify great customer service to make me feel like he was my own personal concierge throughout my visit, he was also very gentleman like. If only every place of business showed service like Dustin.

I needed a set of 4 tires, so I was trying to find the best deal I could. Looking around, tire discounters had excellent prices and was able to make an appointment for the next day. When I got there, the staff was polite and took my car back just a few minutes after I got there. It only took them about 25 minutes to get 4 new tires mounted and balanced, so I was pretty blown away by that. Will definitely be going back here for tires in the future!
