Discount Tire

Originally I was there to get my girlfriends tires rotated. I wound up asking Tyler a few questions about tires and rims. Tyler wound up setting me up with exactly the set of tires and rims I wanted and I couldn't be happier. Since then they've done a great job servicing and dealing with a balance issue that I'm currently experiencing. GRATEFUL

I’ve gotten a few sets of tires from Discount Tire in the past and have always had good experiences with them. Most recently I ordered a set of tires for my wife’s car and set up an appointment online a few days in advance. Immediately after pulling up to the store, Duane walked out to me and got me checked in and they started putting on my new tires right away. They had the car ready and waiting for me out front in just over 30 minutes which was way quicker than I expected!

I went to get my tires filled with air, and the attendant (Michael I believe?) correctly diagnosed my car as in danger of separating/blowing out. My car had been vibrating like crazy and he asked me if it had been before I said it. He probably saved me from an accident later. The 4 tire replacement was pretty steep for me. He price matched some better tires because the lowest option wasn’t fully in stock. He also had them repair my tire sensors for free. This was a MAJOR blessing all around. I didn’t even realize all he had done. Y'all have a customer for life, thank you for your kindness.

This location goes above and beyond for its customers. Their service is fast and professional, but beyond that their customer service is top notch. I witnessed one of the customer service reps help an older woman who was confused about an issue with her car, he politely sat on the bench outside with her next to her car and explained everything. Oh and my tires are great too

I had an awesome experience yesterday at my favorite Discount Tire shop. I'm sorry I didn't write the guy's name down, but maybe they'll add that for me. Anyways, I am a first time truck owner, and he took a lot of time looking over the tires on it and talking to me about 4x4 vs 2hi, etc and tire wear. We made a practical plan to get as much as I can out of the existing tires and then he has some ideas for the next set later in the year. They could have easily sold me a set of tires, but this plan makes more sense, and I really appreciate that! We have gone to this shop for over 10 years for this reason.
