Called and spoke to Nino letting him know I needed tires for my work truck. I had a specific tire I wanted and he ordered me a set of 4 and had them there the next day. Top notch service from Nino and the team. Appreciate it y’all!

This place has the best customer service in Gbc! They are always on top of everything to make sure your needs are met and that you leave satisfied. Safety is their number one priority and they are always willing to put in the work to make sure you have what you need to make sure your vehicle is safe. You also just don’t see the type of work ethic and manners that these employees have in a lot of places anymore. Very refreshing to walk into a business where people are ready and eager to work and treat you like a person first and a customer second.

We took my ol lady care up there to get all new tires they drove it in drove it out after they drove it out the gears wouldn’t change either the cable or the linkage got messed up she did not drive it in or out of the bay and there was no problems before not one now I just spent over 800$ up there so she should not of had to have problems with her vehicle after they drove it in and out of the bay on top of that I specifically said I wanted the tires that was on the vehicle put in the back and they did not do that note I’ve never had a problem before so now I have to pay for a part to fix her car that we did not screw up this is not ok in the least bit. Now if I have to I will raise hell but I would rather not do that.

What a refreshing experience! As a woman, any auto related task can be stressful. I went into the Discount Tire in Gun Barrel and this was the exception. They were very busy but took time to explain everything. They also took care of the lug nuts that were bad on my vehicle as a courtesy to keep me safe when I couldn’t buy the new set I needed. This is my new tire shop for all my needs. I’m a little hard to impress sometimes but I am thoroughly impressd with my experience today. I’ll recommend them often and loudly. Ask for Lino, he’s just awesome!

First experience here and now I won't go anywhere else! The staff were super friendly and helpful. My appointment was set for 3:15, I arrived about 10 minutes early, and I was leaving the parking lot at 3:49! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
