Went to get a flat tire replaced at 12 pm today, and we didn’t get the truck back until 3, While installing the new tire they ended up scoring our black wheel?! Nothing was said and it’s more than noticeable!

Came in and got my tires I bought there rotated and aired up for free, they even did a small balance too. Always get my tires from Discount Tire because of price and service.

If this place gives you an ETA just and an hour and you may be close to actual time. Waited almost 2 hours before my vehicle even made it in the shop after I was given a 45 minute eta. No apology. No accountability. Just excuses. They also misplaced part of my spare tools, which is awesome.
