Efficiency like this deserves to be acknowledged. My visit to Discount Tire - Lenexa was handled entirely by Nicholas, and he was exceptional from beginning to end. He managed the check-in, answered every question thoroughly, completed the service himself, and had my vehicle ready in about 20 minutes — despite originally quoting closer to an hour. What stood out most was his command of the process and the pace at which he worked without sacrificing professionalism. The experience felt streamlined, confident, and genuinely customer-focused. Nicholas is the reason this location left such a strong impression on me.

Used this location a few times and been happy, with only the smallest of issues. I'm honestly suspicious of anyone trying to sell me something, especially when my first interaction included recommending a cc but I've tried a few mechanics as well and so far Discount Tire has had the best recommendations and prices. Find service here pretty easy and generally fast and if it's not, they let you know it'll be a wait. Only minor issues I've had is once not calibrating tire sensors correctly (was back to front) but they fixed it quickly and they look to my husband first if we bring the car in together, even though it's my car. They've always been friendly and never dismissive though so overall a happy customer! I do wish they'd being back the ability to see or print off tire options without h

The install itself was quick and easy. They went over everything several times before finishing the install. I've been to several discount tires in the area, and this was the best one. Their customer service was fantastic. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because they forgot to save two of my tires like I asked. Otherwise, their service was fantastic. I would still recommend them to anyone looking to get an install and alignment done.

I took my subaru here yesterday to get all of my tires replaced. The person I spoke with offered a free alignment check which I accepted. I told them to call if there were any issues with the alignment but not to do the alignment since I had a promotional offer through subaru for a free alignment. When I went to pick it up I was told they did the alignment anyways. They did not contact me at any point to confirm if I wished for it to be done nor did they call when the tires were replaced. While they did offer a discount for the alignment I should not have been charged for a service I did not approve of. Avoid going here if you don't want to be charged for things you didn't ask for.

I received great service from Noah and the team at this location today. Noah was able to expedite the delivery of my special order tires and contacted me as soon as they came in, and got me in last minute for installation. Despite many other customers coming in for snowstorm related issues, my vehicle was completed promptly, and all services were communicated well before any work was performed. I will return with my other vehicles in the future.
