Discount Tire

Hey world! Just got my tires and wheels rotated at Discount Tires. The service was great. They were close to my appointment time and they gave me all the details as to who, what, when, why, and where this was all commencing. They kept me apprised as to what was happening and the estimated time of completion. They were done in a jiffy and I was on my way. They gave me the best service in the city! Go by and check them out...no seriously, go by!

Great Customer service. I stopped in at 530 and was just wanting to make an appointment to get my tire checked. I had stopped at another shop the night before and told they were too busy and were trying to go home. I stopped at your location the next night and they told me to my surprise they would check the tire and get it repaired that night. They told me it would take about an hour and they were closing in 30 minutes from the time I arrived, A couple other customers came in after me and they also helped them that night. My repair was made and completed at 630 when they quoted me. This was also after their posted closing time and they were still working on other vehicles. The best part came when I asked what the repair would cost and it was done at no charge. They found a screw

Had one flat that needed repaired. When I got there with the tire they showed me where the belt had slipped and was protruding through the rubber, this is a safety issue. They found me a good tire at a fair price, helped me get the repair and got me going. The free flat repair is also a great service. Will definitely be coming back and recommending them to every one I know.

I booked an appointment a week ago for 11am. Arrived at the appointment a half hour early. 11:40am goes by and my vehicle has not even been moved into the bay. Asked about it again and they said I am next. They originally told me an hour. This is just for rotating the tires I bought from them. I asked for my keys and left. Not sure what’s happening with this store but they were much more worried about doing free tire pressure checks than doing my work that was scheduled. *** UPDATE Manager called me back and offered a solution and a little compensation ( which I did not take as I just wanted my business with them to be taken care of and done professionally). They got me in and out in a very respectable time. Thank you.

I stopped in to have my tire replaced, and I was really impressed. The staff got me taken care of fast, replacing my tire quickly (it took about an hour). On top of that, they took care of a second tire replacement, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was courteous and professional, and the whole experience was easy and stress free. If you’re looking for a place that gets the job done right and goes above and beyond, this is it.
