My experience at the west Lane location in Machesney Park IL was fantastic. All of the employees greeted me at the door with genuine kindness and warm smiles. They were very thorough with their work and were very informative. The customer service exceeded my expectations and I felt very welcomed!! I definitely will be back and give this location all my future Business and recommend others to do so as well. Thank you!!

I bought Toyo RT Trails for my 4runner at the Machesney store. There was a slight vibration around 60 mph that I noticed after having a chance to drive it. I brought the vehicle in about a week later to have them take a look at it. Full disclosure, I went with a much larger and heavier tire than stock and E load off road tires are notoriously difficult to balance so I don't fault Discount Tire for the issue. They dynamically balanced the tires for me and it rides like a dream now. Having a chance to talk with some of the guys there I'm impressed with the team they have. Shout out to Corey for handling my issue and going above and beyond to make a customer happy. Thanks again!

I don’t go anywhere else for tire rotations or inspections—not even oil change places—except this Discount Tire location. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable about their products and their business, and they’re always friendly and professional. I trust them completely with my vehicle. I highly recommend this location over the Rockford location. Excellent service every time!

I did a walk in for a tire repair. Jose was very helpful and informative in letting me know one tire was in the red zone, and two was nearing replacement time. He was able to replace the three tires with two used good ones and one brand new one. It was only an hour wait time in total, and didn't break my poor wallet.

So just be careful going in here as a woman. My boyfriend told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my other tires and all they should have done was fix the tire with a screw in it. Maybe I look rich ? IDK lol, but I fell for what the manager was telling me about my other tires not having a lot of tread on them. Always get a second opinion, and get an estimate for things over $500 to shop around and be sure.
