1st time customer. Was referred to Guaranteed Auto Repair by my sister and her husband. They take their personal SUV and 2 classc cars to Guaranteed Auto Repair as well as many of their Car Club buddies. Received friendly greeting, got a detailed estimate for repairs suggested. Took Escape to the shop mid morning, Matt worked on repairs and completed same day, afternoon, as promised. Will be taking all of my vehicles to Guaranteed for future work and maintenance. Very respectful nice people to speak with. They detail the issue to be fixed. Old parts are shown so you can see the issues and the repair is completed in a good time. Pricing is fair and that is how all auto repair should be.
