Discount Tire

Picture this: it’s the day before my wedding and I’m in Magnolia to begin getting ready for my rehearsal dinner, when my tire light comes on. One of my bridesmaids and I look up the nearest Discount Tire (we’ve both been longtime customers) and pull into this store. We go straight to the air station, where David greets us and lets me know that my front passenger tire is so low that he believes there may be something in it and that they need to take a closer look. We are on a serious time crunch as the rehearsal dinner is not far away and as girls do, we still needed to get ready so we let David know this. He said we shouldn’t worry and that he’d have us in and out in 45 minutes and even recommend a few places in walking distance where we could sit and have a snack while we waited. While

I arrived at Discount Tire at 8am, and while the check-in was quick, everything went downhill after I asked to cancel the work on my car. I specifically asked for my car back over 30 minutes ago, yet it has been left sitting in the parking lot with no communication or assistance. After waiting here for almost three hours, I spoke with the manager, and it’s clear they are intentionally making me wait. Garrett was a 10 out of 10 getting me setup. He understood exactly what I was looking for and got me set up way better than I imagined. Jay did a great job on the install and took pride in his work. His attention to detail clearly showed. This is the best Discount that Ive ever been too and I'll return.

Garrett Arnold is absolutely phenomenal! Working with him was an outstanding experience from start to finish. He knew exactly what I needed—even caught that I was about to pick the wrong size—and guided me in the right direction without missing a beat. His knowledge is off the charts, and he’s incredibly easy to work with. I honestly recommend that everyone ask for Garrett. He’s the kind of guy who makes you actually look forward to going to Discount Tire!

My review is a few months late, but here I am nonetheless. My experience with this location happened back in October of 2025. I was traveling home from work when I ran something over in the road that immediately popped and deflated my tire. Of course when I go to check for my spare I realize I do not have one. A retired police officer helps me and my friend get the tire off my car and I quickly locate the nearest Discount Tire, which mind you closes in like 15 minutes. Ryan, the manager, answers the phone. I let him know I am traveling home to Cypress, and desperately need them to replace my tire. He said that he would wait for me to arrive and get me taken care of.
