Respectable crew. Quick response and turn around. Communication was on point and exceeded my expectations. Thanks Discount Team for the great experience. My now new go-to location for tire and windshield wiper needs. I am glad they even took a look at my spare for me. I normally do not get asked about my spare and this was a spontaneous suprise. 👍👌👍👌

The managers and crew and this store are professional and courteous 100%. They got my car in and out fairly quickly and went the extra mile to solve my particular issue and get me rolling again. Furthermore, they continued to prove themselves when I looked down at my truck and noticed yet another flat tire the same day. They were able to fit me in before close and once again displayed their professionalism. I'm sure I'll be frequenting this location again due to the Mesquite roads, but I'm sure they will continue their commitment to excellence. Carlos and Jose were exceptional and definitely A+ employees.

The staff at this Discount Tire location are extremely helpful, professional and respectful. They address concerns in a calm manner and patiently explain what I don’t understand. They didn’t mind that i had my little dog with me, even. We have bought tires and used the services at this location since it opened and are very grateful to have a trustworthy group of professionals to bring our cars to. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Was the third location we had been to, but was great. They had the replacement tire we needed to replace the tire we had that had found a nail that pierced through the tread to the side wall. They honored the warranty that was purchased back in 2019 when the tires had been purchased brand new. They replaced the tire free of charge, we only paid for the new warranty for the new tire. They had us in and out in under an hour and a half. The guys were nice and helpful l.

I have been a loyal Disc. Tire cust. for many years. Fair prices and great service.... until I needed a TPMS sensor for the right front on my 2018 silverado. Price was $65. I know what they cost and couldn't believe Disc. tire would go to this level to make a buck off me. While waiting for my truck, I got online and purchased a 4 pack of AC Delco OEM sensors made for my truck for $35 shipping, tax, title and license included. After my trip last week, I scheduled an appt. with Disc. Tire to install my other 3 sensors and the price was $45 for all 3. my accounting background says this does not compute. At roughly $10 each for a quality OEM part and $15 labor (for a 10 minute job on each wheel), that is $25-30 per wheel for part and installation, not $65 per wheel. This is not the Disc. T
