Discount Tire

This is another horrible experience at this location. Their upper management really needs to retain this inside staff in customer service. I asked if the temporary tire size is something they keep on hand. The answer was yes. Well since you dont have any now and you keep these on hand you should be ordering some anyway. So I asked when will you have some/restock the answer was only if you order them. The manager stepped in and wasn't much better. The TRUTH is they don't keep that size on hand. I had to go back and forth with them for this simple information. The floors are dirty refrigerator has no water in it but thus is a black neighborhood and this is the kind of service they give us though we spend green money like everyone else.

The team at this location is superior! I called about an hour before closing, and Danny assured me they could fit me in that same day. When I arrived, Hunter greeted me at the door with a smile and a positive attitude. In less than 20 minutes, I was back on the road with a brand-new set of tires. From sales to service, this team truly goes above and beyond. They are honest, reliable, and efficient—I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service.

It was great at first. I planned on leaving a five star review. That is until I got home with a flat tire after new tires were installed. One of the tpms sensor was lose. Luckily I did not get on the highway.

Came here today cause I was worried about one tire but I know I really need four new tires lol . It wasn’t really busy. Customer service was amazing. I will come back and edit this with the names that helped me. But they were very polite full of knowledge walks me through every single thing. If you’re in need of some type of tire, you’re in the area please check them out. You will not be disappoint

Hunter inspected my tires and gave me a few options to choose from in a matter of minutes. Hunter made the process easy and convenient; he made sure to answer all my questions and concerns. My experience at this store was pleasant and the customer service alone will have me returning in the future.
