Here we go, buckle up. If you are looking for tires OR tires and rims the service here CAN NOT be beat in this town. NO one in Monroe or West Monroe carries my size tires BUT RNR and RUN if you’re using them. I ordered them online after a WEEK of chasing down tires around here. Discount had tires and rims IN STOCK! I checked in on the app on my way. When I got there I parked and before I got halfway across the parking lot someone greeted me. “How can I help you ma’am”. Told them I was there for tires and rims and he said “Amber”. Yes sir. He said we have them ready completely balanced, should only take 10 minutes because your car doesn’t have TPMS. It was like red carpet service and i was in and out in 10 minutes. He told me we always have tires that fit my car in STOCK. We have 1

So glad to find a discount tire on my way back home to Dallas from NC 🙌🏼. Started having problems with my air pressure warning light coming on for no apparent reason. This was the first Discount Tire I could find. They immediately assessed the problem (a battery in the tire pressure monitor). Beautiful, brand new store. Friendly, professional, staff… and I think I crossed paths with all of them. This is definitely this town’s best kept secret, but when people start to realize they’re here, the parking lot will be full just like the Discount Tire stores at home. Thanks John! Jarren! Ben! Had an issue with my tires and dropped by Discount Tire for help. Two men came out to my car before I even walked in, asking how they can help. They figured out the issue, rebalanced my tires and had me out the door… and gave me a massive discount. I’m a loyal customer now! Anyone in Monroe that needs good tires and stellar service should come here.

This location was very helpful with getting me back on the road after a tire rotation turned into needing all new tires. They beat everyone in town on price and were very friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Discout Tire.
