I’m truly blown away by how prompt and fast and efficient this service was. I’ve never been before. I ordered and scheduled to replace two of my tires. They even called me a few mins before my appt to make sure I knew where to go because the GPS may take me somewhere down the road. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. I was expecting to spend at least 2-3 hours there. I was in and out in UNDER AN HOUR. No unexpected charges or fees, no annoying upgrades and upsells. The only thing they offered to me to purchase was the “certificates” for the lifetime of the tires, which honestly isn’t a bad deal, just didn’t have the extra money at the time ontop of what I paid for the 2 new tires and labor to replace etc. everyone was very friendly. So I came here by reference from the shop I visited in Murfreesboro after I noticed I had a small leak in my front left tire and was past due for a rotation and replaced two tires that were worn from an incorrect installation done at the Jackson,TN Discount tire where they mounted new tires on the same side without rotating even after I asked specifically. The wait was almost unbearable, I sat here for almost 3 hours and the actual job only took a few minutes. Also, I had to specifically ask for a replacement on my hub-centric rings (I already knew one was missing) but I'm thankful to be back rolling now with safe tires and a proper balance and rotation. Most of the crew was social enough and I feel like they understood the issue and gave a fair price.

I had a great experience at Discount Tire thanks to a young man Lloyd W who helped me today. He was polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. The service he provided me, was professional, and made the whole visit stress-free. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about customers. I came in the day before Thanksgiving and was told service was handled on a first-come, first-served basis. At that time, I was given an estimated wait until 4:30 PM for a simple tire plug, which I couldn’t wait for. I returned today, arriving around 9:05 AM. As I sat in the lobby, I watched multiple customers come in after me and get their cars pulled in before mine. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I was told everything was done in the order people arrived. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have always gotten my tires here, but this experience has made me seriously question the consistency and fairness of the service process.

I’ll start out with saying, I never make public reviews of business. Actually I believe this is my first time posting a review of any business. But I felt strongly enough about this to actually say something I normally go to Costco for my tires, they are great and the prices are good. Discount Tire won my business by saying they will beat any quote by 5%. I said great. And that’s where I went wrong. Took my car here to get 4 new tires, and it turned into a calamity of rounded off lug nuts, breaking my lug locking key, which resulted in, the crew here unable to remove two of the tires and having to drive my car around to a mechanic’s shop with 4 of 5 lug nuts and instead of one day tire change turned into now a 4 day event.
