Discount Tire

Went in to the shop today to get a slow leak checked out on one of my tires. all four of my tires are from this shop and i have never had any issues beforehand. I have a bmw , so i don’t get any major work done outside of the dealership but i needed new wipers today and that seems simple enough ,so i said why not knock out two birds with one stone. While they are servicing my vehicle the manager comes out to inform me that they cracked my windshield in the process of changing my wipers. How ? i couldn’t tell you. besides that , the behavior of the staff after the fact was completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. i think im more upset about that than the damage itself. What a great experience at this location! I scheduled an appointment online to get one of my tires repaired. There was a bit of a line but once I was ready to be assisted a gentleman assisted me (I failed to get his name, but a short, black gentleman with a beard) and was super professional and polite. From the time I checked in up to the time my tire was repaired was about an hour, but I understand that they are an excellent business and with an excellent business, you have tons of customers, so no biggie! No charge for the repair and I was good to go! If you want a tire shop that won't give you the runaround, but direct, easy communication and stellar customer service, come to Discount Tire!

Thought I needed an alignment, went ahead and paid for it, Dominic ran diagnostic and came out to tell me it wasn’t necessary and got $90 back. They also did a quick but good job with the new tires. Hope to not need to come back for awhile but will come back here the next time my tires need work. Shout out to Dominic and Tyler for their transparency today.

horrible!! i should have read reviews before went there. i was referred to them by AAA to get a slow leak fixed. the kid responsible for pulling the cars into the work bay had no idea what he was doing bc he used my 4wheel drive shifter instead of my gear handle nd stripped my gear assembly. had to have the vehicle towed nd was quoted over $4,000 to fix it. of course they said i could submit a claim- which was almost instantly denied bc i couldnt “prove” the damage happened there.
