Discount Tire

This isn't the Discount Tire I knew and loved many years ago, and I'm frustrated to have to write this review, but I'm not the only one here like this. Like others right now, I'm sitting in the waiting room, more than an hour past my appointment time, and my car still hasn't entered a bay. Several things: 1. After my schedule completion time was missed an hour after arriving (and I arrived 10 min early), I was told there was a vehicle with rusted lug nuts that had to be drilled in front of me and it took them a long time. Fine, that happens, but a customer's car that needs additional service just to get to the wheels should be put to the side and worked on between standard customers and not push all other customers back. 2. This place is outstanding!! Matt took care of a mistake I made on my part. I can’t say enough about the customer experience here. As soon as I arrived they took care of me. I ordered the wrong tire online for an appointment and was notified that the tire I ordered was one size too small. I was ready to reschedule but MATT took care of me. He didn’t have to do that and could have sent me on my way but In fact he did everything he could do to complete the job and get tires on my 2015 Dart. The customer service is and always has been the best! Hats off to the team here they are amazing and will always have my business and my families business as well. Great customer service. My appointment was at 3. I got there at 246 and was gone by 320. They knew my name before I walked in the door. Bought everything online. It was just as simple as being checked in. They didn't care my daughter who is 3 and likes talking to everyone was waiting with me. They engaged with her. Top their service. I would go back, but hopefully I don't have to for a long time.

Discount Tire has been my choice when I need tires for my personal and commercial vehicles for a while. With awesome customer service and their insurance coverage on the tires are clutch for sure! The reason why I choose them and particular this location is because of Brandon! His professionalism, knowledge and love for what he does, shows. Staff was friendly, attentive, and personable. Came here with a slow leak. Stopped by on a Friday morning without an appointment. I was greeted immediately when I walked in and walked out to look at the car. I was quoted about an hour and a half but it took only took about 30 minutes. I’d previously taken the car to Pepboys for the same tire and they initially couldn’t find anything wrong on the brand new tire, and then the front desk lady suggested they check the tire valve stem and told me it just needed to be tightened and I was good to go. They charged me nearly $30 just to tighten the stem. Discount Tires discovered there was a slight imperfection at the seal so they corrected it and resealed it and replaced the valve stem. The best part… completely free of charge. The only thing the
