Needed tires today and had heard several talk about the service here. Every employee I interacted with was courteous and professional. They moved super fast also, even though they were busy. In and out in 40 mins.

The service at this store was phenomenal. I am truly impressed with helping pick out the tires, getting them in stock and onto the vehicle in a very short amount of time. Customer service was top notch- sales, service, and the tech installing the tires.

🚫 BUYER BEWARE: Discount Tire North Little Rock 🚫 I spent $2,500 here on a set of tires and Road Hazard certificates less than 2.5 years ago. When I actually needed to use the guarantee for a screw in the tire edge, the manager refused to honor it. My tire met every single requirement listed on their website (under 3 years old, over 3/32 tread). The manager seemed determined to find any excuse to not do his job. If you buy the "guarantee" here, know that it is worthless when you actually need it. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
