Came in to replace tire after a blow out. Justice helped me out and took the time to file a claim with my tire warranty company. He was very patient and knowledgeable. The technicians were very efficient and I did not wait long. Highly recommend.

I needed new tires and went to this location (Grand River Ave in Novi, MI) to get them, since I have used this location in the past. Wow. Just wow. These employees are seriously committed to giving the best possible customer experience for a visit none of really want to have to make. I made an appointment online and was in and out within 45 minutes with a brand new set of Michelins. Again--45 minutes!! Whaat?? The employees I interacted with had some serious hustle. They were all very respectful and friendly young men, the likes of which I have not experienced in any recent retail encounter. They definitely know how to socially interact with customers. Above and beyond the quality of the staff and work preformed on my vehicle. Had routine tire rotation scheduled but upon the thorough inspection done by Justice my one tire was past point of no return and needed changed. Even though having to pay for 4 brand new tires now, the possible outcome of not doing so would of be detrimental overall. Thank you

This place is great!!! A few months ago, I took my daughter’s car up there because I could not get the wheel locks off of her car. I had to take all 4 wheels off to change them. They got them all off in like 2 minutes. He also told me how to break off some of the other lug nuts that were stuck. I can’t remember his name, but fantastic service. Today I took my car to get 4 new tires. I walked in with no appointment and Sir Justice helped me out. I was in and out in 45 minutes with 4 new tires. The absolute slowest service I have ever experienced in my entire life. It’s not even that they were slow. I understand people have jobs. I work two jobs. It’s the fact that they were taking very slow old people before me that had 1000 questions about Tires. All I needed was air in my tire that’s all I needed. I waited an hour and a half to be told to go wait in line behind for mini vans. I will never ever come here again. All I needed was air in my tire. they were very rude very very, very, very, very slow and they are very understaffed.
