Discount Tire

Paid $180 at Discount Tire for a rotate and balance. Two weeks later I changed my rear brakes and found two stripped lug studs on every wheel. This was not an issue before. This is what happens when lugs are over-torqued with an impact and no care. Now I’m stuck replacing studs because of their sloppy work. This is not the first time this has happened. On the good side, Zack was very professional, took accountability, and offered to fix the issue — I respect that. But this kind of mistake should never happen in the first place. If you value your truck, be careful bringing it here. A simple job turned into unnecessary repairs.

If you want quality service with people who care about you- this is the place to come! Multiple staff welcomed me immediately upon entry and Josh was able to walk me through everything I needed to know. I am not knowledgeable with tires, but he was able to explain everything easy to understand and I really felt like I learned something new about tires. I had been to a previous salesmen who was busy and unfortunately improperly measured my tire treads. Despite this, the gang here at coast highway still offered a trade-in credit due to their integrity. The finance options they provide also help tremendously for someone living in California. Definitely coming back here!
