Discount Tire

This is most simply put the BEST Discount Tire I have ever been to and I have been to many, many of them. My visit today consisted of just a tire rotation due to mileage wear and these gentlemen did an excellent job. Unlike different locations, nobody told me I needed a tire that I actually didn't so they could sell the slightly used one, nobody stole anything from my vehicle and they even placed my centric rings back before reinstalling my wheels and I didn't have to hunt down my Red barrel caps before leaving. Everything was there and in it's proper place. The guys were straight-forward and did excellent work. Jared, Cody and James are incredible here. Came here while driving from Orlando to Houston and felt something was off with the tires. Figured I'd stop by and have them check the air and balance. Thank God the tech had one of the tires in the cage checking the air pressure since it exploded from the sidewall. Cody was great in communicating everything wrong from the previous tire shop (Never ever go to Lazydays RV in Tampa is all I'm saying). They sold my brother (the previous owner of the RV) old tires and didn't bother changing one of the 6. How did we know? 1. The mismatched tire was from 2021 while the other 5 are from 2022. 2. The one that didn't get charged wa sa XPS while the other 5 were Agilis. You'd think when you buy tires they'd all match especially for an RV and if Lazyda

They really care about their customers!! My husband and I had an issue with our tires. My husband felt something was wrong while driving home from Orlando to Houston after getting the RV from my brother-in-law. Jared picked up the call and said they can do RVs here so we head over. Cody and James were super professional and knowledgeable on getting us back on the road safe and sound. This is why my family trusts Discount Tires for our tire needs. Thank you guys!

If you're considering Discount Tire, I highly recommend this location. Managers James and Mitchell provided excellent customer service and stand behind their work. During my tire install, my wheels were scratched, which can happen. What impressed me was their immediate ownership, clear communication, and dedication to resolving the issue. Their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to fix the issue showed they genuinely value customers. It's rare to find a shop that completes the job and takes responsibility when issues arise. Thanks to James and Mitchell, I'll continue bringing my vehicles here and recommend them to others seeking trustworthy service.

I stopped by with a tire that had a screw in it. The gentleman took it and said it would be 1 hour. 1 hour later he says we can't put the tire back because there is damage to sidewall? I said that is BS the tire was never deflated. This is 4:30pm Saturday my $55,000 car on the side of the road. I said fine put it back and I'll go somewhere else, he says no we can't put it back together? Long story short he ordered a $200 @Honda tire for $430 said will be here Monday. Than sold me a $300 temporary tire till my new tire would arrive on Monday. I took the tire & rim to another shop which fixed it in 10 minutes $20. Word to the wise stay away from these scam artists.
