Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

It was my 1st time visiting Tidal Wave Car Wash and i’ll definitely be back. The man at the gate greeted me as soon as i pulled up and helped me choose a wash. He answered all my question’s throughly! The lady the directed me in was very nice and did a great job getting all the bugs off my car. I didn’t have time to use the vacuums as i was in a rush but i’ll be back for sure. They both had great customer service! The wash did an awesome job!

First time using tidal wave, all the workers were actually working compared to Ronny’s car wash standing around on their phones. The wash cleaned my car really nice & Nicole prepped my car and even scrubbed the bugs off my front bumper. I loved my experience here.

I came through the wash this morning around 9:47 and the young lady that was working was by herself and she did an amazing job. She was super busy but was smiling the whole time and making sure to take her time on each car . I’ll definitely be back here . The vacuums work great. They had plenty of towel and spray bottles out as well. 10/10

I really wish that I could give it negative stars. I am in the parking lot right now. This is by far the absolute worst car wash that I have ever been to. I can hear their car wash scratching my vehicle as it goes through never heard that before they took everything out of the back of my truck that would not have came out anyways the corners are really tight for a big truck like mine on top of that you get out here to the vacuums and you have to walk to a cart in order to get just glass cleaner and rags I have never been to a car wash that had only glass cleaner not when you pay $27 for a car wash. Yes, the vacuum that I used was really powerful. I give them that, but that’s the only thing that I can say positive about this experience. This experience I will never go to a title wave car wa

Went here on a whim, and super pleased! Customer service was great from the start, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Car came out super clean, even with the basic wash, and the vacuums SUCKED 🤩. Super happy with this place and I’ll definitely be back!
