Discount Tire

You guys do a good job. It is always busy whenever I come here. You should put a few small lockers here. When the account is paid and the vehicle is ready for pickup, you can put the customers’ keys in the locker. The code can be the last four digits of the customer’s phone number. With the locker system, people don’t have to stand in line for long periods of time just to pick up their keys/paperwork. A kiosk would also be helpful to triage customers and then they could sit down. I’ve seen a few disabled people standing in line. Start with the lockers though.

I've been a customer at this location for the last 7 years.. I've recommended people here.. my last visit was not pleasant. I had an appointment I came in early for. I was there for an hour and a half before they even took my vehicle in.to change out my tire from spare to new tire. While I was there I had asked to have my tires rotated due to that is a free service with my warranty in my tires. When they brought out my vehicle 1 tire was low the other was erroring out and the rotation was not done. They sent me to the back to fill the tire. I waited another 10 mins.The guy filling the tire was very annoyed was not explaining why my air pressure was erroring just thats what jeeps do. He was more annoyed I wanted to verify the tire pressure on the tire that was erroring. . Then come to find

I went in today with a slow leak on my passenger tire. They repaired it and rotated my tires for free. Which was an awesome surprise! But that’s not why I’m reviewing them today. The staff were so kind and patient with the people they took care of. I observed them interacting with children, people on cell phones, and people with special needs. Connor and Noah and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make sure their questions were answered and their needs were met. Thank you for being so kind to strangers today. It made my day.

I recently had a run in with a snowplow blade on a pickup truck. I got a six-inch scrape/gash and a slashed tire. The plow driver was trying to operate in a tighter than normal space because of where I was parked. Anyways the tow truck dropped me off at Discount tire and I found out I needed all four tires replaced because of wear; the rest were close to the threshold. Working with the salesman, I was able to find four good tires for a good price and have the car back that same day. I was happy because they gave me a range of price-point options.

I ordered my tires online and scheduled my appointment all at once. It was super easy to do. They called me when my tires were ready and even asked if I wanted in sooner. My appointment was first thing in the morning so alot of people were there but they were so fast and efficient I thought the wait would be longer but it wasnt. They were great and not pushy.
