Got a coupon in the mail for their winter service special. Was in and out in 90 minutes with an oil change, tire rotation, and safety inspection for a very reasonable price on a VW (which I know takes a bit longer than most domestic vehicles). Rob was super helpful and kept me informed throughout the process while I waited for the work to be done. Will definitely be back in the future!

I recently visited this shop for a wheel alignment, and I'm thoroughly impressed. The service was top-notch, and the staff was knowledgeable and efficient. They did an excellent job ensuring my car drives straight and true. What's more, the price was very fair and reasonable, especially considering the quality of work. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of alignment service or any services . A great experience overall!

Tremendous thanks to Rob and his team for the work they did on my Volkswagen. I brought it in because I kept hearing this vibrating noise while the car was in motion. I had suspicion it was either my tires or brakes and was for sure it was the brakes. To my surprise it was the tires and indeed the tread was gone and in need of a serious alignment. My dealer was going to charge me $200 for an inspection but I would have to leave it and they wouldn’t be able to offer me a rental. Unfortunately that wasn’t going to work so off I was searching for another option. Rad Air had wonderful reviews and Rob definitely received many accolades for his professionalism and wonderful customer service. Rob charged me $80 for the inspection which was better than $200 and was able to get it fixed and back

Rob and his team are terrific! Prior to my moving from the area about ten years ago, I started going to RadAir! The great service that I received then, is the same now that I’ve come back home! Rob is very knowledgeable and really explains the problem, and will repair it right the first time; All with a warranty that far exceeds most repair shops! Check them out! This was my first time using RadAir. I needed a wheel alignment (courtesy of several Lakewood potholes) and noted RadAir in Parma Heights had the best customer ratings of the service garages in the area. Rob was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to schedule my alignment within a couple of days. As a bonus, the alignment cost a little less than the other two garages I contacted. My car now rides like new again. I am very happy with the experience and will not hesitant to use them in the future and will confidently recommend them to all.
