Very courteous and accommodating. Very professional yet friendly and hardworking people. I forgot the gentleman who helped me but it was him, Mike, and Pohaku and provided the assistance I needed. I was in Provo for an event and noticed I had a very low tire. I brought it to discount tire to get it looked at. I was a long way from home and was pressed for time. Derek with discount tire helped me and found that I had a bad valve stem. He pulled the tire and changed the valve stem in what felt like only 5 minutes. This is the kind of service that will keep me coming back to discount tire for all my tires needs! Thank you Derek!

I would recommend a different location than this one. Especially the one in Spanish Fork To start off, the guys at the Provo location were incredibly friendly and nice. Great customer service, but that's about it. I went to the Provo location to get my winter tires put on. It was just one thing after another. Whoever was changing the tires, they cross threaded two of the lug nuts on two different tires. When they told me this, they already threw away the lug nuts so I only had 4 lug nuts on 2 of my tires when I went in with 5 on every tire. Then they tried to blame it on someone else saying it was their fault. Then, when everything was finished and they gave me my car back, THEY KEPT MY TIRES. Where I store my tires is 30 minutes away. I didn't think I would have to verify with them that
