Discount Tire

I've been using discount for at least 8 years now, they've always been great for me and the employees are always very nice. The one time I did have a concern, they handle it quickly and took care of me the best they could. I'm really terrible with names, but I want to say his name was Ray or Roy helped me. I will definitely be back next time I need tires!

My experience at Discount Tire was fine. I was waiting for my tire rotation to be done and while waiting I overheard a conversation between a nice elderly lady and the shop associate at the desk. She was needing her TPMS replaced. The associate told her if one goes out you have to replace all 4 and he told her $270. My jaw dropped. I just had 4 sensors off eBay for $21.15 and Belle Tire installed them for $10 per tire. I told the lady that I spent $60 for all 4 installed. She ordered them right then and there and was extremely grateful. I saved her $210. Shame on you Discount Tire! I know you're in the business to make money, but that is absolutely ridiculous. I pulled in with a spare and told them what happened with my tire and they gave me a quote that would work with me on a good price for four tires that I had to replace on my encore. They are excellent. They are very knowledgeable. They took time out there to explain to me the treads on my tires and what I needed and he showed me what they need to do and they were able to get my tires at a good price and I waited and didn’t even have to wait very long and they were very good and professional and I’d highly recommend this place

Had appointment 45 minutes ago and my vehicle is still sitting in parking lot. Last time coming here. Place was much better back in the 1980s. Thinking of asking for my keys back. I have no problem paying more somewhere else.

This was a free repair of a screw that was in my tire. I made an appointment online and was totally impressed. Highly recommended.
