I've been to this location several times over the past three years. Great service and professionalism. I did have one bad experience with a young Tech there and had to politely but sternly ask him to not be careless with my wheels/tires. No more problems after that. They do their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I'm usually out of there well before the projected completion time. I would highly recommend them.

I had a scheduled appointment, spent nearly $1,000 on a new set of tires, and still ended up waiting over 3 hours. After the tires were installed, my car was just parked outside in the lot. No one came to update me on the status. I had to go to the front desk myself, only to be told I had to keep waiting for the alignment. I stayed to get it finished because I simply don't have the time to come back another day, but the lack of proactive communication and poor time management here is very disappointing

Got a pair of rear tires for my M3. Friendly, helpful staff. In and out in an hour because I ordered ahead of time. A little disappointed that they cannot do alignments. But that is BMW's fault, not theirs.

I had a great experience thanks to Keith at the Louetta&Kuykendahl Discount Tire. He was genuinely helpful and made the whole process easy. I needed a new tire but wasn't sure what to get, and he patiently walked me through the options without any pressure. He also got my car in and out quickly, and the communication about the timeline was excellent. Keith turned what is usually a headache into a smooth and pleasant visit. He’s a total asset to the team. Highly recommend asking for him!

I dropped off my car for an appointment for tires and alignment. The initial interaction was great but once they received payment and told me it wouldn’t be long I waited almost 4 hours. My alignment wasn’t done and they asked me to come in the next day. Waste of time. Got my refund and left
