First time here. Recommended by a friend. Jared and the whole team took good care of me. Very friendly, personable and patient with a non-car guy. Very clean and safe feeling place for the ladies. I’ll be back.

He walked me through the entire process, replaced and rotated my tires, and made sure my car was safe and running smoothly. I felt informed, valued, and well taken care of. I've never had a bad experience here. I almost always get my tires from here or their other locations. I had some tires mounted here a couple years ago and have had a few patches and rotations since having them mounted. The team is always very polite. I'm almost always immediately helped and out within an hour despite how busy they stay. Definitely a great place.

I have been with Discount Tires for five years. I had a slow leak in one of my tires, so I called their Stockbridge location and a man name Jay answered the phone. He answered all of my questions. Upon my arrival I asked for Jay and he checked all of my tires and told me what was wrong. Jay was very helpful and had great customer service. He was very professional and polite. I would even say by Jay checking all of my tires, he prevented me from potentially having a bad accident. Thank you Jay and I really appreciate how you take care of each customer. We need more people like you in the workplace. The manager HiKeem or JaKeem was super nice as well. I hope the owner has a way of rewarding emploees for proving excellent customer service.

Going the Extra Mile: The staff went out of their way to assist me & my wife, she came by and they put air in the tire. But she was bale to bake an appointment so they could do a thorough inspection of the tire. Proactive and helpful approach beyond standard procedure. Professional and Timely Repairs: They efficiently found a nail in a tire and repaired it in a timely, professional manner. Excellent Communication: They kept me informed throughout the entire process. Exceptional Care: They took excellent care of our vehicle. Knowing that the Tesla has to be jacked up with body pucks to prevent damage to the vehicle.
