Discount Tire

Ordered tires a week in advance, paid, appointment set for today i get there just for them to tell me the tires aren’t there and no one called me to push my appointment back or cancel it. They had no explanation. You would think this place is more professional but i promise you its not! Highly not recommended

i’ve been a big fan of discount tire and especially the shop on College Drive in Suffolk. For the first time after making an appointment and showing up to have my tires inspected I felt I was an imposition. I was told it was gonna be three hours before the car could be put on a lift and then when I reminded the rep I had an appointment, it was clear he was begrudgingly OK with getting me on the list.

Not happy with my service on 2/13/2026. Very disappointed in my experience at Discount tires. My 2024 Kia Sportage just left the dealership from getting the 45,000 mile service and inspection. All I needed was a new tire. I get to discount where I get all of my tires from (second time at this location). The associate goes outside and I am telling him " Hey my car just left the dealership from getting serviced and they said I need one tire, they can't patch it because of where the whole is". So he then starts checking the other tires and I ask why are you checking those, I need one tire, it just left the dealership so everything is fine. He then says "I wouldn't say that" I instantly got upset. I already have the tread numbers from the dealership. His numbers were suggesting I nee

Excellent experience buying tires. Brian was a great help in selecting my tires and explaining the Discount Tire perks for buying here. All employees were very polite and the shop, waiting area, etc. are immaculate. Couldn't ask for more.

Great quick service, had just enough time to walk over to a nearby Chik-fil-a and grab some breakfast and the tires were done before we got back. Great start to a Saturday. Colin G. made sure we knew what the timeline was and took care of us throughout.
