The team at discount from start to finish was above and beyond. Abdullah welcomed me with professionalism and courtesy. The manager, I believe his name was Kenny, called me to inform me the tires I wanted weren’t all four in stock, so he upgraded my tires for the same price so I didn’t have to come back another time. And my tech, Davin was thoughtful and efficient. I asked him to make sure we didn’t lose our valve stem covers and he came through. All in all, I would highly recommend this discount tire. Every employee I had interactions with went beyond expectations in helping a customer. Five stars.

Discount Tire has always been great to us, and has gotten us out of more than one pinch throughout the years. They are never pushy and are honest when a tire is repairable versus needing a new one. This last time, Dillon assisted over the phone and assured me they could get me taken care of even 30 minutes before closing and without an appointment. Once I got there, Dawson (or was it Taylor?) continued the great service that Dillon started with. Though I had to spend a bit more than I’d hoped, they really got us out of an emergency by getting us in and out quickly with new tires before our weekend trip.
