First I want to compliment the staff & tech's doing a splendid job. They followed company word tracks & up selling techniques. The reason for 4 ✨ unnecessary lug nut replacement and the biggest stupidity of all. Yes you drop $1000-$2000 at 9 AM and not even shitty coffee!!! And yes I've bought at Discount Tire at 5 locations over 40 years. Back when the tire guarantee was Free. Do your customers a favor and hire a coffee purveyor to say thank you to your customers. Bought Michelin rain weather tires and they are the finest and worth every penny. Mathew, Jared & all did a great job. Oh yeah how about decorating for the holidays Bah Humbug on the coffee
Excellent service! Even better solutions made when a issue is raised. I had a tire issue on (2) very expensive tires (which brand I am loyal to), Bryce came up with a wonderful solution to take care of me. I’ve already purchased (3) sets of tires from this location & plan to order more for my fleet vehicles & my wife’s Tesla. Would not go any other place since Discount Tire has flexible scheduling & excellent service! Thanks, Bryce & Matt again!
Assistant Manager at Discount Tire tried to play games with the overall price point on 4 tires. He also displayed an attitude just prior to my exiting the Titusville, Fl location. I bought the same set of AT's from "Tires Easy" for $70.00 less and drop shipped to a Pep Boys location in Merritt Island, Fl. Flawless experience at Pep Boys... Excellent store manager and tech at said location.
I have brought 3 different vehicles here for new tires and I have always had outstanding service. Bryce usually takes care of me. He's always friendly, on top of it, and keeps me updated when I can't wait for my vehicle. They stand behind the certificate when their is an issue with the tire. Customer service means a lot! I had an Alignment done by a local dealer close to my home and they could never get it corrected. My vehicle had never been in an accident, so I wasn't sure why. I got my alignment done at Discount Tires and it's perfect! Thanks to you and your team to continually provide great customer service!!!
Very nice crew! Very fast! Glad I came back after 5 years rouge with orher tire services that don’t match up.
