Discount Tire

Im from out of town and unfortunately I had a slow leak in a tire. I took my vehicle to Discount tire because it was close, but I had a great experience. The clerk quickly acknowledged me and welcomed me into the store. I told them the situation and they quickly got to work. They found a nail in the tire and were able to repair the hole. When I went to pay, they said it was no charge because they dont charge for flat repairs! I was super impressed to say the least! Great job all the way around!

A great experience from online to in the store and leaving the parking lot. Upon arrival I was helped right away by Austin. We did a walk around of my vehicle and he was nice to chat with. He explained the process and how long it would take. I waited at the location and my tire replacement was done in less than the quoted time. I've never had my tires changed on this vehicle and it honestly went way better than expected. A great location and wonderful people to work with.

Great experience with Discount Tires in Waukesha. I bought my tires on their website, very competitive prices, and booked the appointment online for 8AM. I arrived 10 minutes before the store opened at 8AM and there was a line of 10 people waiting. To my surprise, one of the employees came out right to my car and took care of me right away due to my appointment, I really appreciated that. They told me what they were going to do, asked me about my tires, and made sure they were installed the way I wanted to them. I thought this was going to take at least an hour, but they were done in 30 minutes and put the tires they replaced, were brand new, nicely bagged in the back of my 4Runner. Everything from buying, booking, and installing was an excellent experience!

I can't tell you how thrilled I am with the service I received at this location! Rosario and his team turned a crummy situation into the best experience I've had with a tire retailer. I had purchased four Yokohama tires that were so loud and obnoxious I thought something was wrong with my car mechanically. After two trips to the dealer and a clean bill of health each time I was at my wits end. So I emailed Discount Tire customer service and sent them a video of how loud the tires were. I've never had new tires make so much noise. Within three hours of my email Rosario at the Waukesha location called me and said he had heard the noise on the video and agreed something was wrong with the new tires. As such the decision was made to replace them with another tire. I was amazed they were will

Thee best experience I've ever had buying tires. The owner, Joshua, even cleaned up my brake calipers! Isaac was great and meticulous with lugs neuromuscular running then home, and Hunter organized shipping perfectly. Will be back for rotations and tires for my personal vehicle as well
