I believed I had the best tire place until I came to Discount Tire. Their advertising states, in numerous places, will price match. Their tires are competitively priced, front end alignment is a bargain. But the crew is fantastic. Everyone is polite. Uniforms are sharp; even in the tire bays. Store is extremely clean. Tony was more than a jerk!! I’ve been to this location multiple times and have always had good experiences. This man started off by essentially stating I was lying about buying tires from them, because he thought had stock tires. I had bought two tires from these people. He then proceeds to try to sell me tires when all I was trying to do was get the tire patched. He agreed I just needed it patched and still tried to sell me tires. He was unethical, egotistical, and mostly unprofessional. I feel bad for ppl who he tries to bully into doing what ever he wants them to.

I recently had a tire blow out that couldn’t be fixed, so I called Discount Tire for a quote. I was really happy with the price especially since everyone else was charging $250+ for the same tire. Discount Tire took care of everything for just $119! I’ve been a long time customer, and I’m always satisfied with their service. What really impressed me this time was that I was a walk-in, and the store was closing in an hour, yet they still got it done the same day. I highly recommend Discount Tire to everyone, and I’ll definitely going to them for all my tire needs. Amazing service!

Wow! What an amazing experience this shop provided! Being a former tech myself and watching these guys run an effective, efficient shop was comforting to experience. They had the wheels and tires in Stock that I wanted and they gave me a great price. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional and courteous team here at the west Chester location. This time, I had the pleasure of working with Zach Miller, who was incredibly helpful. Zach and his team were highly engaged and attentive to my needs.
