Discount Tire

Was delightfully surprised to find one of the best service experiences *anywhere* at this Discount Tire location. We are talking Disney-level service. They greeted me by name when I walked in, having recognized my car when I drove in and paired it with my appointment (this was my first visit). They proactively communicated to everyone in line during an obviously busy time. Got my car in on time and done quickly all while their super positive and polite team served people coming and going, including the free air fill up line outside. Like a well oiled machine. Super impressive and noteworthy. Whoever is running their training and keeping their team in top shape is doing an excellent job.

This is usually my go to Discount Tire. But I came in on Tuesday 1/6 and there were only 2 other customers in the waiting area and only one Employee talking with one of those customers. I was not greeted or acknowledged as I waited for about close to 7-10 minutes. The employee proceeds to walk outside with the customer and still does not acknowledge me or tell me if I needed help or that someone will be right with me. Nope he just walks on by and right out. That was rude and embarrassing. Bad customer service, I could have been a new customer or there for an appointment or had questions about my tires. But I guess some customers are not that important. After he walked out. I just left. What a waste of time. I will go to another Discount Tire location that will actually better serve me.

Had a leak in my wife's car. They were slammed with business tonight. We were 20th in line at 5 pm Mgr said that the team was going to stay till the last customer. It was great to see such teamwork and great customer service. They were all done by 8pm.

I can't say enough good things about the folks at this location. Tyler, Kyle and John helped me out massively when I was up against a budget constraint, and got me in TWICE on short notice, while completing the jobs faster than quoted. What else could I ask? Corporate, please buy this staff some pizza!

I had a flat tire and at first the business owner was accommodating - I accepted his recommendation of replacing 2 tires ( 1 back and 1 front) even though only 1 tire was flat. However when I pick up they apparently replaced both the rear tires . I had to install new tire for the front again . His worker was not happy about the extra work and when he accidentally lost the cover of key I asked him to treat the car nicely and this worker literally threatened me with aggressive language. I had to run to a doctor appointment and I walked away from the situation. Please do not use these guys as the workers are not in a good state of Mind
