Where do I start?? Well, despite Progressive insurance's best efforts to absolutely sabotage my experience, D and J auto did an OUTSTANDING job fixing my truck. My vehicle was hit in a parking lot by someone not paying attention. They hit the fender, bumper and headlight housing. When we dropped the vehicle off at D and J, they assured us it would be no problem to fix the truck back to how it was before the accident (they actually returned it back BETTER). It took the shop approx 3 weeks to complete the repairs. They were honest and informative of every step in the process. The only bad experience? Progressive insurance REFUSED to pay for authorized (as is documented in their emails) repairs which caused a delay. How long a delay? The truck was fixed and ready 3 Februaury 26. I picked it u

I would 1000% recommend this company to anyone who could use their services! They repaired my car so quickly and kept me informed twice a week about the status of my car. The staff were so kind and pleasant. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. I got rear ended on a Wednesday evening, took the car to D&J on Saturday morning, got text updates on Tuesday and Friday, and the car was ready for pickup on Saturday. They also called the rental car company for me! Stress free experience and the results was excellent. You cannot tell I was hit!

D&J has serviced Me and my family on three different occasions, during my first encounter, I was given great advice. My second encounter and first service, was my son‘s vehicle after he hit a deer, And my third encounter was when a tree fell on my car, The work we received was top-notch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Both vehicles looked as if they came off the showroom floor.

Johnathan and his team at D&J were extremely informative and accommodating regarding my recent accident and the work that needed to be done to my vehicle. Everything was explained to me and confirmed prior to the work being done. The work was done in a timely manner and I was given updates throughout the process. The collision center was convenient as all steps took place there including obtaining and returning my rental car. I am pleased with the work that was completed and would definitely recommend them.
