I've been using JEM for a few years now. And I just want to say that if you're looking for a great mechanic that you can trust, this is the place to bring your car. I've dropped my car off a few times thinking I had a major problem. Turned out, some of those times it was a small repair or nothing at all. And they were honest enough to tell me that. They could have easily charged me for a big repair and I wouldn't have known the difference.

Top-Notch Service at Jem Service Center for My Roadtrek! I had my Roadtrek serviced at Jem Service Center in preparation for a cross-country trip, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Since my rig weighs 9,600 lbs and can’t go on a regular lift, I needed the undercarriage checked out thoroughly. Kevin took care of everything—he greased all the fittings, replaced the rear rotors and brake pads, installed four new tires (mounted and balanced), and even swapped out the windshield wipers. His attention to detail was outstanding, and the shop itself is spotless—something you don’t always see in a service center. I left feeling confident and safe for the long journey ahead. Highly recommend Jem if you want honest, professional service done right!

I have been using JEM automotive for the better part of 30 years. Every single car I have owned has been worked on by John and his great crew of mechanics. I never have to worry about having all the work done well, professionally and with care. The amazing front desk of Patty makes me appreciate how much the team of Patty and John have made the place feel like home. Patty knows more about cars than most people and can diagnose the issue over the phone before you even bring the car in. She is so accommodating when I have a pressing issue and need my car back right away. A good mechanic and good front office is priceless - and I recommend John to everyone I know looking for a good mechanic and well run and professional shop to get service.

I've been bringing my cars to Jem Service Center for over 20 years. The service at JEM is topline, efficient, and quite reasonably priced (when compared with others). Their mechanics are experienced and quite knowledgeable. I have to give a special shoutout to Patti who works in the front office. She is very professional, friendly, courteous, and incredibly organized. She always greets me with a warm smile, answered all of my questions clearly, and ensured my vehicle was checked in quickly and efficiently. What really stood out was her ability to manage a busy front desk while still making every customer feel heard and valued. I highly recommend Jem Service Center and especially want to commend Patti for being the friendly, reliable face of the business!

Dropped off my Mother-in-Laws truck for an ongoing issue. She's 80 and doesn't explain things really well. The receptionist is a little rough around the edges but we got it in unscheduled. 1/2 hour later mechanic calls, it's done, just a loose wire no charge. Pick it up when you can. Total professional and friendly and honest
