D&J Towing

D&J pulled my jackknifed truck and trailer out of a snowy ditch and got us down the hill safely. They were fast, easy to work with, up for a challenge and very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would be towed by them again if needed!

Terrible towing company. I have worked with them a few times and each time the customer service is atrocious. The company will not go up a driveway that have snow on it. The company is in a mountain community. Most driveways will be on a hill and will have snow on them in the winter. They wouldn't tow the vehicle. On a different occasion they informed me there were no keys in the car and the door was locked. Upon inspection the keys were under the floor mat where they had told us to leave them the day before and the door was indeed unlocked. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME trying to get service from this company. More likely than not, they will leave you stranded and in need of finding a different tow company. UPDATE: D&J responded that they did complete the tow for me. The SUV was in fac
