Evergreen Automotive Repair

It’s unfortunate to have to leave a negative review for a small business, but our experience with Evergreen Automotive has been extremely disappointing. We had our brakes replaced here in April, and after only about 8,000 miles, the bolts on the brake calipers came loose and eventually fell out — causing serious damage to the entire front side of our vehicle. Rather than taking ownership or even acknowledging the possibility of error, the shop refused to accept any responsibility. We trusted them to do quality work, but not only were the bolts not properly tightened, their response afterward showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. We’re now left paying a large repair bill at another shop to correct a rookie mistake that should never have happened. Very disappointing e

The most honest, hardworking, and helpful mechanics I have ever come across. Even when I bought my car, they helped me make sure it was tip top shape. They take really good care of my mom and I every time!🩷

Nick, the technician, and his entire crew are extremely knowledgeable about vehicles, regardless of the make or model. Specifically, Nick is extremely intelligent in his diagnostic approach and how he explains things to the customer. The entire crew there is terrific.

Evergreen Automotive Repair is the best! I was in need of a simple repair so I called in the morning & they were able to work me in that day. The entire staff are all incredibly nice and professional. The prices are affordable and the quality of the work is exceptional. I highly recommend!!

So I wanted to wait a bit after a bunch of repairs i had done to see how my f150 ran. It has been 9 months and they did a fantastic job on every repair! My truck is running so well and no issues with any of the work they had done. I love these guys! Glenn is an awesome mechanic, do not hesitate to bring in your vehicle.
