Staff were very helpful. The gentleman who checked me in was happy and willing to help me even though he was ready to clock out for the end of his shift; at that moment the other employees were busy, but he stayed to make sure my wait was short. Overall, short wait time (1 hour and 5 minutes) considering there were other customers getting work done.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I will never recommend Goodyear to anyone. I’ve had to buy tires 3 years in a row, and have put less than 12,000 miles on a set before they are almost complete bald. I was told the warranty only covers replacements if they are below a certain tread height. However, they recommended I get new tires because of the low tread? They were not willing to help in any sort of way, all I was told was I can replace them all again for the same price! Such amazing customer service! Like I said… three years in a row I’ve had to spend $1,000 on tires. BEWARE! Tires from Goodyear are only good for a year!

Had my vehicle in yes it was a year ago. It has not been anywhere for service since then all the lug nuts were at about 50% of the torque they were supposed to be lost a hubcap and a lug nut driving down the highway. They should really be a little more careful when Tightening lug nuts to the correct torque

The service and friendliness of the staff here is top notch. We lost some air in one of our tires on a trip to Evergreen and just we happened to pass right by this Goodyear, so we stopped in. Cayman was so sweet and super attentive to help us get the service we needed and back on the road quickly. Keep up the great work, it’s much appreciated!

I was in an unfortunate accident my tire caught a hook with rubber, it looked like a bungi cord with metal.my tire got ripped and I had to tow my car to your shop. James was very nice and very helpful professional and vey kind. Great experience working with him, he made my day better.A+ Thank Kamen
