WARNING DO NOT USE !!! I had a deeply disappointing experience with D&M Mobile Service Truck & Trailer Repair in Birmingham, Alabama. I called them to repair an axle wheel hub and bearings. Upon arrival, the technician assessed the problem and informed us that we needed to obtain the necessary parts. When I requested an estimate, he stated he couldn't provide one until he began working on the truck. We ordered the parts he specified. During this process, he claimed that one part was unavailable locally and would require a 90-mile drive to retrieve. However, when I contacted Dothan Volvo to pay for the other parts, they confirmed they had the part he said was unavailable. Derrick came through in the clutch for my truck. I was doing a delivery, and my liftgate went out. Derrick came out within 30 minutes of me calling him. Derrick was very knowledgeable of the situation at hand. All the tools needed to fix my truck, Derrick had them! He didn’t have to leave and come back. His customer service was top tier! My truck was fixed, and I was able to make my delivery. His rates are affordable as well. I was very pleased with the outcome!
