These guys are super professional!! The dealership is clean and they really take great care of the customers!! I've been to several dealerships and most try to find a bunch of things wrong with your truck so they can charge you out the wazoo!!! But these guys cater to your needs and just fix what needs to be fixed and advise accordingly!! The service manager was awesome!!! If you have any truck problems.....COME HERE!!

After dealing with these guys several times over the past couple months, I’ve rarely had a positive experience in person and or over the phone. It’s always an attitude and they’re usually clueless about truck parts, they only know what their computer shows them. Not to mention, we’ve updated our shipping address multiple times, yet it’s still never delivered the correct place. You really have to push them to do THEIR JOB! Please do better.

I've been in Trucking for more than 48 years and owned a variety of trucks and had a variety of of dealers and with that you hear the good and the ugly. I recommend you try Dobbs Peterbilt and form your own opinion as I did. Dobbs is "MY DEALERSHIP". From management, sales, parts and service this dealership understands 2 very important things (1) The Trucking industry will always be essential. (2) If you got it a truck brought it, but most importantly the reason we want the truck repaired in a timely manner and repaired properly is it takes a person to operate it and they have a family depending on them. I depend on Dobbs Peterbilt Liberty Lake to fix my equipment and prove to my drivers they care about their wellbeing because without DRIVERS and trucks we literally will have nothing. T

If I could give negative stars that would still be too much I’ve never seen such blatant unprofessionalism and disrespect I took my 2026 peterbilt to have warranty work done my dispatcher was told if I got the truck there as soon as they opened they could look at it right away upon arriving I checked in then was told it would be two hours those two hours came and went checked with the service desk again and was told 45 more minutes finally they say they’re getting ready to pull the truck in I stood there for another 35 minute watching all the techs standing idle around d a tool box cracking jokes the only reason I’m writing a review is the warranty work I needed was a simple drive belt on the motor and it happened when I was under a load but this place took a job a honest mechanic wouldn’t
