Would give 6 stars if I could. I’ve been taking my cars to them for a little over a year now and have been nothing but impressed and happy with the quality of customer service and work they perform. They are never pressuring, never trying to upsell, and truly down to earth quality people who are passionate about what they do. Being OCD about my cars, I don’t give the keys to many people and I know every time I turn it over to them, they take care of it as I would. They are a shop that makes you feel more than just a customer. Thank you to everyone at Precision for always taking great care of me. -Evan

I have a 2016 Audi Q5 3.0 TDI that's been losing coolant. I searched online for a trusted repair facility, that is when I found Precision German Garage. The facility is very neat, clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and upbeat. The level of knowledge and passion for excellence is top notch. The diagnostic was spot on, repairs completed on-time at a reasonable price. Their on-time completion allowed me to keep my Canadian Ski trip on schedule. Thank you! Guy

I just got my car back and I couldn’t be more happy. The owner and his wife were awesome and educated me about what was happening to my car. They really care about who they are helping and they not only fixed my car but got me a way better price than the dealership. I am extremely grateful for the amazing customer service, educated staff, and getting me safely back on the road. I will only be bringing my Mercedes here from now on.

I picked up a 2012 Panamera that needed its 60k PDK transmission service, and as quoted 2k across the street @ the dealership and these cats saved me 500 bucks with one phone call. Reasonably priced, paid better attentio during maintenance inspection compared with the dealership at less price—it’s obvious who’s the leader in euro-service in this area. Appt scheduling can be done via text making your life a bit easier especially if you work too much to afford these damn cars. I’ll be back.

Precision German Garage has been nothing short of exceptional. Jamie has been amazing to work with—his communication is clear, the pricing is fair, and he’s truly determined to get to the bottom of any issue. After the Audi dealership claimed they couldn’t fix the problem, Jamie and his team stepped up and handled it with professionalism and skill. I’m extremely impressed and will absolutely be returning for any future service needs. Highly recommend!
