Darian was absolutely amazing to work with! He was super nice, informative, and kept me updated throughout the entire service process. He made sure I understood everything that was going on with my truck and communicated clearly every step of the way. He also worked to get my truck done as quickly as possible, which I really appreciated. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to him. While nobody enjoys spending money for vehicle repairs, it is inevitable to happen to all of us. So, when you can find a mechanic and service center you trust it makes the spending just a little bit easier to accept. That said, George Gee Service department made my recent engine rebuild much easier because Scott the service writer is knowledgeable and walked me through each step of the way. He also advised me what was necessary and what wasn’t needed so it could keep the cost down. Not only did the mechanic Kyle do a magnificent job, George Gee also gives a 2 year warranty with unlimited mileage. I would recommend the service department to everyone.

Jason was great to work with, very positive and professional; he made sure I was informed and got me promptly scheduled. My only caveat would be to ensure folks are asked or reminded about using their GMC ‘points’ (or if they’re earning them- with each visit/service performed. I often forget about the program and would suggest to GM it be a more automatic part of their service. Thanks Jason for a great overall experience.

Excellent customer service! Darian made sure I had transportation to and from the service center, including a rental car while my truck was in the shop for warranty work. He explained the issue in language I could understand and was very patient with me with all my questions and concerns. All the George Gee GMC staff that I had contact with treated me kindly and respectfully.
