I had an excellent experience at Doctor Auto of Chelmsford, thanks to Mideya. I called around 9:30 a.m. hoping for a last-minute appointment, and the business was kind enough to accommodate me with a noon slot the same day, which I really appreciated. Mideya completed my state inspection and replaced both of my front tires in about an hour—impressively quick without ever feeling rushed. She did a thorough, high-quality job and kept me informed throughout the entire process so I always knew what was going on. In a line of work that’s still largely male-dominated, it was especially refreshing to see a woman do such a fantastic job while being so polite, professional, and courteous. Kudos to the owner, Joe, for hiring someone like Mideya—she’s a real asset to the business. Highly recommend

Doctor Auto consistently goes above and beyond with my car issues (Nissan Rogue). Their prices are fair and reasonable, and they are always willing to work with me. They keep me updated every step of the way, clearly explaining what they’re doing and what’s needed, and they never perform any work without my consent. I truly appreciate having a mechanic who puts customers first—not just profit.

We can always except excellence when leaving our cars for routine maintenance and a fast diagnosis and repair when we need emergency service. They are always up front about pricing for all repairs. The free courtesy check is helpful to budget for repairs as well!
