Don Kennett Inc

Normally I like my local Don Kennett in Chelmsford. Their paint machine is down just need one more can to finish this project. Called the Lawrence location they wouldn’t take the can info over the phone. I’d have to go in drop it off and go back. Called Wakefield. That guy was something let me tell you. Tried to explain just needed one can of I could give can info over the phone to drive all the way out there to pick it up. “It takes 5min” he says. That’s never been my experience. Usually go and pick it up an hour or two later. Was trying to avoid that. Real attitude on this guy. Had the balls to call me back and leave me a voicemail saying if I don’t like it I can go somewhere else. Okay. Now I will. Thanks

Great team . Touch up always on point, the guys are always nice and patient.

I got touch up paint from here and they did say that it would be a close match but not guaranteed. Which I was okay with. However, my car is blue and I got purple paint and it’s not even close. Don’t get touch up paint here there is nothing they can do for you.

The guys were super helpful and patient with my rookie questions. I had a tricky paint match and they went out of their way to assist. Highly recommended.
