Went to take my best friend to pick up her rental car (it was at the Hertz building) and they told her she could not have it because they were closed, but the website says open until 6pm. She had already pre paid and was given no notice of them closing early. Then the agent working told her they didn't have it and they rented it to someone else and to get a new car it would be a $500 deposit. I have rented cars so many times and never once had anything like this happen to me. Beyond disgusted with this.
