Great experience overall. Ordered two vintage parts for our Seqouia. Only 1 was available. They contacted me immediately and explained the availability. Shipped the one item and quickly refunded the other. Great service, highly recommended.
I went to Dan Deery's site because my local Toyota dealer wanted $50 more for the same part. So, you get genuine Toyota parts, and they don't seem to gouge you like many of the other Toyota dealerships. My only complaint was they took awhile to actually ship the part. I ordered from the website on Sunday, and they did not ship until Tuesday. Not sure what happened on Monday. Overall awesome transaction, though! I highly recommend! Update 8/23/21: Replacing a transmission and needed a bunch of OEM parts and fluids. Again, my local dealership attempt to charge almost TWICE what I paid at Dan Deery. I will continue to buy all of my Toyota parts through them.
The parts department were very helpful. They were able to explain and recommend what I needed. They were very patient with my many questions. I ordered the part yesterday and it came today. The only thing that could be better is if I lived closer to Dan Derry Toyota so I could go direct.
Parts were in stock and shipped quickly. There was lots of email updates as to the status of my order. Great job, Thanks!
